2018 Environmental Conference Air Quality Regulations Review

Liberty Principal Gavin Biebuyck, will be a featured presenter at the 2018 Pennsylvania Chamber Fall Environmental Conference Series held in Harrisburg, Pittsburgh, and King of Prussia.

Biebuyck’s goal is to provide a roadmap to navigate the regulatory maze in air permitting. He will speak on a number of recent federal air updates to New Source Review (NSR) and will review the latest changes in compliance strategies for NSR. He will also address Pennsylvania’s Industrial Solvents Rule which is expected to be finalized later this year and will impact many manufacturing operations that use solvents for cleaning activities. In addition Biebuyck will talk VOCs from RACT 2 to  VOC regulations for painting, degreasing, and printing operations.
