Mr. Cinelli is Professional Engineer and Board-Certified Environmental Engineer with extensive experience in the planning, design, and implementation of complex soil and groundwater remediation systems, environmental assessments, and site characterizations. Mr. Cinelli is also a recognized expert in Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure planning and regulatory compliance systems for industrial clients.
Gavin L. Biebuyck
Mr. Biebuyck is a recognized air quality consulting and management expert with extensive professional experience in the fields of environmental permitting, air quality management, ambient air quality monitoring and analysis, environmental risk strategy evaluations, regulatory affairs consulting, environmental auditing, EMS development, expert testimony and environmental training.
David S. Coyne, QEP
Mr. Coyne is a Qualified Environmental Professional with twenty-six years of managerial and technical project experience in the performance of groundwater and soil assessments, investigations, and remedial programs. Mr. Coyne also has advanced experience in water resources engineering, stormwater management, surface water and watershed modeling systems, and urban stormwater design.
Jon Wickstrom
Mr. Wickstrom is an regulatory compliance specialist servicing a diverse client base. His primary subject matter expertise is in air quality permitting and general industrial regulatory compliance, including waste and Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act reporting. His career has also given him exposure to a broad spectrum of environmental consulting service areas including regulated wetland delineations, site characterization and remediation, and environmental due diligence under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act.
Matthew Adukaitis
Mr. Matthew Adukaitis is an environmental professional with 24 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry with extensive experience in air emissions testing; soil and groundwater assessments, investigations, and remedial programs; and due diligence assessments. Mr. Adukaitis is an expert in environmental due diligence in support of real estate transactions including Phase I environmental site assessments, Phase II site investigations, property condition assessments, and specialized evaluations. He has performed over 1,750 real estate due diligence and advisory projects for private lenders, attorneys, and industrial, commercial and residential developers.
