Coyne to Present at 2020 Real Property Retreat for Lawyers

David S. Coyne, QEP, Principal and COO at Liberty Environmental, Inc., will present Real Estate Environmental Planning for the New Decade at the Pennsylvania Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Retreat.

His presentation will provide a comprehensive review of the state of environmental due diligence and cleanup strategies in Pennsylvania as we enter the new decade.  Topics to be covered include changing regulations and new standards of practice, remedial cost estimation and management, the versatility of Pennsylvania’s Act 2 program in estate settlements and property transfers, and environmental planning for land development.
