Duggan Delivers New Talent to Environmental Site Assessment Team in Central PA

Lancaster, PA: Liberty Environmental, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Emily Duggan to our team as a Project Scientist II.

Emily joins Liberty with extensive experience in environmental due diligence and remediation, as well as underground storage tank compliance. She has managed portfolios of multi-state Phase I environmental site assessments and performed environmental services for a diverse group of commercial and industrial clients.

“Our environmental site assessment services are set to have a record year. Emily is a terrific addition in support of the growth of our Phase I ESA, Phase II Site Investigation and building assessment services,” shared David Coyne, Chief Operations Officer.

Emily is a graduate of Gettysburg College. She resides in Lancaster County and loves all things outdoors, especially exploring new places with Izzy, her 4 ½ year old pit bull mix rescue dog. When she is not exploring you can find Emily playing volleyball and caring for all the plants she acquired during the pandemic.
