Environmental Regulation Relating to the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Industry

Lancaster, PA: Liberty Principal, James P. Cinelli, P.E., BCEE will present “Environmental Regulation Relating to the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Industry” on Monday, November 23rd at the Lancaster Bar Association as part of the Association’s Continuing Legal Education Seminar Series.

The presentation will focus on four topics of interest – Environmental Covenants and Their Impacts on Real Estate Transactions, Buyer/Seller Agreements as a Tool to Expedite Real Estate Transfers, Agricultural Pesticide Clean Up and the Elimination of the DEP Ag Soils Policy, ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Standard.
