Liberty Environmental, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Julie Lucarelli to our team as

Operations Manager, based in its Reading, Pennsylvania headquarters office. Prior to joining

Liberty, Julie was Director of Operations for a southeastern Pennsylvania-based community

management organization for nearly 20 years, and brings extensive experience to Liberty’s

growing company operations, including management, accounting, and human resources.

“The operations skill set that Julie brings to Liberty will support our dynamic and growing

organization, and will continue to represent our commitment to industry-leading operations

management and customer care,” stated David Coyne, Chief Operations Officer.

Julie and her husband live in Berks County, Pennsylvania, with their two dogs.
