Ryan Completes Wetland Delineation Training
Lancaster, PA: Project Scientist Shannon Ryan has completed wetland delineation training at Rutgers University. The program included classroom and fieldwork around courses including Wetland Vegetation Identification and Methodology for Delineating Wetlands. Ms. Ryan will continue her education and training in pursuit of a Professional Wetland Scientist certification.
“I really enjoyed learning about hydric soils and their properties. It feels great to work for a firm that has cultivated and supported my professional interests”, said Ryan.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Art, Geography, Environmental Track from Kutztown University. She joined Liberty as a spring semester intern in 2016 and accepted a project scientist position upon graduation. Ms. Ryan is a valuable member of Liberty’s natural resources and geosciences project teams supporting land development, brownfield remediation and redevelopment, and environmental services for real estate transactions.
