SPCC Planning Presentation for Reading, PA Manufacturers

James P. “Jim” Cinelli, P.E., BCEE, President of Liberty Environmental, is the featured speaker for the quarterly meeting of the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Environmental and Safety Roundtable. Jim will present on Spill Prevention Countermeasure and Control (SPCC) Planning. The presentation will outline the major points of the regulations, including what elements must be included in a company’s SPCC Plan. In addition, Cinelli will discuss the application of tank inspection standards. Participants will review actual examples of secondary containment “do’s and don’ts”.
